Using this website

You are welcome to explore our work, learn about artist grants, and share links to our pages. Please use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, or submit information you do not have permission to share.

Information on this website is provided for general information. We aim to keep it accurate, but content may change and errors or interruptions may occur. Please contact us if something needs correction.

Artwork and other content

Artwork, photographs, writing, logos, and other materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Displaying a work here does not grant permission to reproduce, sell, adapt, or otherwise reuse it. Please contact the foundation with permission requests. These terms do not limit uses permitted by applicable law.

Your gift and giving preferences

Online gifts support the foundation’s charitable work, including artist grants and the stewardship, documentation, and care of Ronald Gosses’s artistic legacy.

Where Most Needed, Climate, Ocean, and Power are optional giving preferences. They help us understand the work you care about. The foundation retains discretion over how all gifts are used. Selecting a preference does not restrict a gift to a particular program, project, artist, or expense.

Please review the amount, currency, and frequency shown at checkout before confirming your gift. You must be authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Payment processing

Our online donation form is provided by Donorbox, with payments processed through Stripe. Information about these providers is available in Donorbox’s service terms and Stripe’s legal information. For how your information is handled, see our Privacy Policy and the provider privacy notices linked there.

Use the donation form to enter payment details. Please do not send card numbers, bank account details, or passwords through our contact form or email.

Monthly giving and cancellation

If you choose monthly giving and confirm your payment, you authorize recurring charges for the amount and schedule shown at checkout until you cancel the plan. A one-time gift does not authorize recurring charges.

You can review, change, pause, or cancel your recurring plan through your Donorbox donor account. If you have not set up access, use Donorbox’s password reset with the email address used for your gift. You can also contact the foundation for assistance.

Cancel before the next scheduled charge to stop future gifts. Cancellation does not reverse a payment already processed; contact us about any payment you believe was made in error.

Payment errors and refund requests

If you notice a duplicate, mistaken, or unauthorized donation, please contact us promptly so we can review it. Include the donation date, amount, donor email address, and receipt or transaction reference if available. Do not include full payment credentials.

We review refund requests individually and handle approved refunds through the payment provider. Processing time depends on the provider and your financial institution. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

Receipts and tax information

No goods or services are provided in exchange for gifts made through this donation form.

Keep your donation receipt and any acknowledgment for your records. The foundation’s EIN is 41-3167804. A gift’s tax treatment depends on applicable law and your circumstances; this website does not provide personal tax advice. Contact us if you need help with a receipt or acknowledgment.

Artist grants

Grant information on this website describes the foundation’s interests and programs. An inquiry, application, or donation does not guarantee eligibility, selection, funding, or an award. Any grant is subject to its published criteria and any separate award agreement.

External services and links

Links to other websites may help you learn more or complete a task. Those sites operate independently and may have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content or availability, and a link does not imply endorsement of everything on the linked site.

Updates and questions

We may update these terms as the website or our giving services change. The date above identifies the latest version. Updated terms do not change a previously completed gift or authorize an increase to an existing recurring gift.
